Chris Wimbush is Operations Manager at trepwise. He is focused on trepwise’s internal development, including human resources, systems and technology, and long-term planning. Prior to joining trepwise, Chris spent three years with the U.S. Department of Justice. During that time, he resolved business and employment disputes on behalf of more than a dozen federal agencies and shared in day-to-day management of a claims settlement program that distributed hundreds of millions of dollars each year. Chris has experience advising technology and healthcare clients on regulatory matters and litigated commercial disputes while an associate at a major Washington, D.C. law firm.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and the George Washington University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. While at UVA, Chris was President of the Student Legal Forum, led the Entrepreneurial Society, and chaired the career services program for the UVA Black Law Student Association. Chris clerked for the Honorable Judge Raymond A. Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. When not in the office, Chris enjoys hiking and taking care of his new puppy Harper.
