Celebrating 4 Years of trepwise
It’s been four years. And what a wonderful four years it’s been.
With our anniversary, we couldn’t think of a better time to thank the entire network of our dedicated supporters: our clients, partners, and team. To our clients, thank you for trusting us, learning with us, and partnering with us in your growth. We are humbled by your successes. To our partners, we’re proud to stand with you in building more thriving and equitable cities. Your work inspires us each and every day. And to my team, thank you for your tireless work and your dedication to our clients.
I established trepwise in 2013 to support business owners and organizational leaders. From the beginning, I focused on using innovative approaches to scale and sustain organizations. I wanted to use entrepreneurial thinking to create lasting impact. I called it, “impact consulting.”
And so, it’s been four years. Four years of working with over two hundred organizations and leaders to help them reach goals and achieve milestones. Whether it’s launching a new product, implementing a performance management system, facilitating retreats, or developing a 5-year strategic plan, we’re thrilled to have the privilege of supporting amazing organizations looking to create impact.
Inspired by this, we’re proud to announce that trepwise is establishing a coaching platform, sourcing and vetting talented coaches to help build the next generation of leaders. We’re continuing to grow our reach, in new cities and new states. And just this past week, we were honored to see CityBusiness select trepwise as one of the best places to work in New Orleans. We are so excited to see what comes next.
In keeping with trepwise’s values, we are inspired to take action when others are facing challenges. Whether it’s our clients or our neighbors, we aim to lift each other up in order to achieve impact. In this spirit, trepwise has made a donation to the Greater New Orleans Foundation Disaster Fund. Proceeds from this fund will support effective and experienced nonprofit organizations that are providing care for people with emergency needs following the recent hurricanes. The Greater New Orleans Foundation has established a track record of success in responding to disasters such as hurricanes, floods, tornados, and oil spills. Their grant making strategy is to aggressively tackle both the immediate and long-term challenges that communities face after a catastrophe. We encourage others to do so, at their own ability.
