Local Consulting Firm Growing with Staff Promotions and New Hires
New Orleans – trepwise, a local growth consulting firm, is delighted to announce the recent enhancement of its team with the promotion of three existing members and the hiring of an advisor and two new associates, further strengthening its client service team.

Advisor Lauren Siegel, was promoted to Director of Brand & Culture. In this role, she focuses on advancing the awareness and culture of the firm, both internally and in the community. She brings to the table a wealth of business knowledge and a vast network of local professionals and entrepreneurs. Lauren works with her clients to design effective and creative strategies to scalability and sustainability.

In addition, Advisor Geoffrey Hamlyn was promoted to Director of Client Experience. In this role he is responsible for working with internal teams to ensure all client engagements are executed to the highest standard of quality. Geoffrey brings experience in program evaluation, non-profit governance, strategic communications, and public policy.

Next, Advisor Isaac MacDonald was promoted to Director of Impact & Planning, where he focuses on strategic planning and operational effectiveness for the firm, as well as for clients. In his tenure at trepwise, Isaac has worked with over sixty organizations, including the Greater New Orleans Foundation, Escape My Room, ThirtyNorth Investments, and the Orleans Public Defender’s Office.

Allison Schiller was hired as an Advisor this month at trepwise, bringing her experience in architecture, design practice and design thinking to work with organizations in discovering, exploring, and developing user-centric solutions to complex challenges. Allison has worked with clients to facilitate conversations, workshops and creative strategic planning, bringing design research, collaboration and optimism to diverse topics such as campus sexual assault, organizational growth, board development, digital equity, HR practice evaluation, and disaster preparedness.
Also, earlier this month, Liz Treacy and Palmer Mills were hired as Associates at trepwise, where they support all facets of client engagements and successful project execution. Their work includes primary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and client communications and management.

Treacy comes to trepwise from Liberty’s Kitchen where she was the Finance and Data Manager. She graduated with honors from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in English and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on mechatronics. Wanting to bring her data skills to a place rooted in community, Liz moved to New Orleans through Venture for America. Treacy aspires to continue blending her love for people, data, and systems within her career at trepwise by also supporting the Director of Impact and Planning.

Mills holds a wide variety of non-profit experience and comes to trepwise from Covenant House New Orleans, where she focused on marketing, communications, event planning, and donor cultivation. Palmer graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a triple major in Political Science, Sociology, and English. Mills also supports the growth of trepwise internally, working closely with the Director of Brand and Culture.
