How to Strengthen Your Nonprofit
A lunchtime conversation with trepwise and the Greater New Orleans Foundation
New Orleans (October 10, 2018) – Local consulting firm, trepwise, is partnering with the Greater New Orleans Foundation to co-host “How to Strengthen Your Nonprofit” – a lunchtime conversation on October 17th presented by the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
Local nonprofit organizations and their leaders are encouraged to attend the discussion to explore questions around what makes an effective nonprofit, key steps organizations can take to maximize their potential and the unique challenges and opportunities facing nonprofits organizations in the Greater New Orleans region. The talk will be lead by Joann Ricci, Vice President Organizational Effectiveness of the Greater New Orleans Foundation, in conjunction with trepwise Advisor Geoffrey Hamlyn, and moderated by Christopher Wimbush, Director of Business Operations and General Counsel at trepwise.
“This is an excellent opportunity for our local nonprofit community to get focused, professional direction,” said Joann Ricci, Vice President Organizational Effectiveness of the Greater New Orleans Foundation. “We are honored to address nonprofits from around the region with our partner trepwise at this event thanks to the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.”
The event will be held at the Greater New Orleans Foundation at 919 St. Charles Avenue in its “Chevron” room where boxed lunch will be provided. Registration check-in will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the talk beginning at 12 p.m. This event is open to the public, but is $15 for Chamber members and $25 for non-members. Parking options include metered street spots or nearby parking lots (Premium Parking P148 900 St. Charles Ave. and P147 855 St. Charles Ave.).
