Celeste Lavelle is an Associate at Trepwise, where she is responsible for supporting all facets of client engagements.
Celeste provides support in project management, strategic planning, and client advisory services, contributing to the development and execution of innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Prior to joining Trepwise, Celeste served as a Project Coordinator at another consulting firm based in the South, where she focused on racial equity and intersectionality, curriculum development, philanthropic management, staff training, event coordination, and strategic planning. During this time, she aided in the administration of multiple action tables for the Greater New Orleans Funders Network and supported a three-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative for community organizations in Northwest Arkansas.
Throughout her career, Celeste has coordinated numerous convenings, including several for various civil rights and advocacy organizations, and played a key role in developing strategic plans for nonprofit partners dedicated to criminal justice reform, educational equity, and organizational transformation.
A proud native of New Orleans, Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans, with a focus on social justice and inequalities. She is an avid supporter of her hometown sports teams and is a big advocate for her neighborhood – Algiers. She has been known to cheer very loudly at sports events. When not working, Celeste loves perusing gently used books at Blue Cypress bookstore and watching anime.
