Jacqueline Cooke (she/her) is an Advisor at Trepwise with four years of experience managing complex organizational and systems planning projects. She specializes in helping organizations navigate from the challenges they face to intentional, strategic solutions through comprehensive planning, stakeholder alignment, and systems transformation.
At Trepwise, Jacqueline leads client engagements focused on enhancing quality of life for Louisiana communities, with particular expertise in arts programming, youth development, and health outcomes. She provides primary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client communications, and project management while ensuring projects are executed to the highest level of quality. Her client portfolio includes major organizations such as United Way of Southeast Louisiana and the Louisiana Department of Health, where she has worked for multiple years to drive transformational change at the systems level.
Prior to Trepwise, Jacqueline worked in the New Orleans technology startup sector with overlap into both the non-profit and public sectors. Her work ranged from supporting the creation and scaling of non-profit organizations to project management and client relations for local Louisiana municipalities. She is passionate about building relationships with clients and team members to understand their unique challenges and needs.
Jacqueline attended Tulane University for her undergraduate degree, graduating with a Fine Arts Degree and a minor in Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship. Since graduating, she has remained actively connected to the New Orleans arts community by attending local art markets and participating in beginner pottery classes. She volunteers with and supports SOUL NOLA, Take Paws Rescue, and Friends of Lafitte Greenway.
Based in New Orleans, Jacqueline enjoys rock climbing and playing board games with friends outside of the office.
