Jordan Maier (she/her) is a Senior Associate at Trepwise. With seven years of experience working and consulting for nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies at the local and state level, Jordan brings expertise in inclusive facilitation design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

At Trepwise, Jordan leads and project-manages a diverse portfolio of clients, including organizations such as the Junior League of New Orleans, Youthforce NOLA, Women’s Foundation of the South, and Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office. Additionally, she collaborates with the COO and Special Projects Manager to manage internal business development functions, such as lead management and proposal drafting and editing.

Prior to joining Trepwise, Jordan served as the Access to Justice Department Coordinator at the Louisiana State Bar Association, where she partnered with nonprofits, business leaders, legislators, and service providers to expand funding and improve the delivery of civil legal aid services in Louisiana. Jordan also worked with 76 library branches across the state to develop and implement hybrid pro bono program service delivery, ensuring broad reach across urban and rural constituencies. Earlier in her career, Jordan gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Policy and Research Group, where she performed data collection, validation, and entry for impact evaluation studies of grant-funded programs. She also developed a data extraction method using Python as a Research Intern at the Stanford University Center for the Study of Language & Information.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics & Korean from The Ohio State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors in Arts and Sciences with a GPA of 3.99. During her time at OSU, she was an Eminence Scholarship Recipient, receiving full tuition and living expenses. Jordan’s commitment to social justice is evident in her undergraduate work as President, Co-Founder, and Workforce Development Chair of PassGo: A Reentry Initiative, a grassroots student-led organization that focused on reducing barriers to reentry for formerly incarcerated individuals and advocating for justice reform. She also designed and coordinated extracurricular programs at a juvenile correctional facility as a Volunteer Program Coordinator for the Ohio Department of Youth Services.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Jordan has resided in New Orleans since 2018. In her free time, she dances casino, a Cuban dance, with local group Dile Que NOLA, and volunteers at the Crescent City Cafe serving free breakfast to homeless community members two Saturdays a month.
