Polly Sawabini is an Advisor and the Special Projects Manager at Trepwise, where she leads client engagements and manages various operational and business development initiatives within the firm. Polly provides strategic thinking, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client communications, and project management in her role.
Prior to joining Trepwise, Polly has had the fortune of working in a variety of different sectors within New Orleans, including the nonprofit, start-up, education, and hospitality industries. Polly has enjoyed working in an operational capacity at small, scaling companies where she’s able to create structures that allow for sustainable growth. She also deeply values the time she’s spent in the classroom, teaching English as a Second Language both locally and abroad. Polly aims to bring her demonstrated talent for building relationships and creative problem solving into all of her work at Trepwise.
Polly attended Tulane University for her undergraduate degree, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Sociology in 2014. Since graduating from Tulane, Polly has remained involved in the New Orleans community. Over the years, she has volunteered with several local organizations, including Roots of Music, Friends of Lafitte Greenway, and Lucky Art Fair. She is currently a proud member of Innocence Project New Orleans Young Professionals’ Committee. Polly is passionate about social justice and community-based organizing.
In her free time, Polly enjoys riding her bike, cooking for friends, and supporting the arts.
