Trepwise led a Discovery phase involving directors, staff, and board members to identify key issues for the transition. The process produced a set of tools and strategies for organizational change, including decision-making and role division.
Working sessions with the future co-directors focused on responsibilities and facilitating dialogue.

Results

The final 3-year Shared Leadership Plan outlined organizational structures, decision-making processes, and performance management, with a clear implementation timeline and success measures. By January 2024, Sprout fully transitioned to a 3-person co-directorship, promoting one team member to the role.
