In May 2023, Trepwise partnered with Kathy Seligman and Yvette Jones to develop a 3-5 year strategic plan for the Touro Infirmary Foundation, focused on fundraising and philanthropy. Trepwise conducted a Discovery phase, which involved stakeholder interviews, a high-level market assessment, and research on comparable foundations. The findings were compiled into a Discovery Report that identified key strategic questions to guide the planning process.
